CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Naturopathic Health Solutions respects your time is valuable and sometimes appointments maybe cancelled. Like yours, our time is valuable too and other clients may have missed the opportunity to have an appointment during your time slot.
We have a 48-hour weekday cancellation policy.  Any appointments cancelled 48 weekday hours prior to the booking will be impacted by this cancellation policy. If you don’t show up to your appointment, this cancellation policy will apply too.

WHEN CANCELLATION FEES WON’T APPLY

Any cancellations/no shows that occur 48 weekday hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
The first time a cancellation is made within the 48hr weekday period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied).

WHEN CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY

Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 48-hour weekday period will result in a cancelled booking fee. The cancelled booking fee will be half the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled.
Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to show to their appointment (and have not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking fee. The cancelled booking fee will be half the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled.

WE’LL AVOID THE FEE AS BEST AS WE CAN, IF YOU CAN TOO.

We wish to avoid cancellation fees at all costs.  If you feel that your fee is been unfairly issued or that your circumstances were unavoidable we will consider a waiver on a case by case basis. Please phone to 48 weekday hours prior to your appointment time to avoid the fee and give others the chance to take your time slot.
